Scope
Supply and installation of three (3) identical coagulant dosing systems. One (1) system per production train. All works were carried out in a brownfields environment
- The works involved the supply and installation of a new coagulant storage tank and a coagulant dosing & dilution skid. Piping installation for the dilution water and dosing lines was a combination of steel pipe spools, and site run HDPE piping.
- The works included modifications to existing piping and piping support systems in addition to the new pipe and structural works.
- The EI&C works includes the supply and installation of new MCC modules and Variable Speed Drives (VSD’s) within the substation switchrooms.
- The cable support system, and cables (power, control, instrumentation & data) were installed for each individual train within a brownfields environment.
- All works, including access requirements (scaffold) were self-performed by Breight Group.
- Full construction verification was undertaken, in addition to providing support to the vendor commissioning team
